Consumption absorbs us. We, and our objects, are reactions to something that has been cancelled because of its velocity. What was flesh is a drained remnant now. _ecatombe is a latex installation that interrogates us about the stress of fast consumption acting on our bodies. The drained bodies are pure objects, not a subject with a defined identity anymore. This flatness is not a floated action but is heavy, forcing the structure to lay down, changing the system into collapse. Flesh appears only as an abbandoned tool, not different from other mediums.
